In the section below, enter the details including your email address & click Submit Form. Once you have clicked Submit Form, your entry is sent & a blank form will appear for you to put in another entry if you have more than 1 swimmer to enter.
Card Entries will now be accepted at the counter of PLC until 6pm the Thursday before the meet. E-entries will be accepted until 6pm on the Thursday before the meet.
*25m Free Choice is for 17m Swimmers who can swim the distance in a recognized stroke.
*100m, 200m and 400m FREE CHOICE (F/C) participants must swim either in medley order or in same stroke only.
Please be sure to only enter swimmers for the distance they have qualified for.
